Our Offering

Amuse bouche to start

Course 1 - Under the sea: Seafood Extravaganza: a tray of freshly prepared seafood, including pan fried tiger prawns in a garlic and parsley sauce, Scottish oatcakes with Scottish smoked mackerel, pastry starfish with smoked salmon and caviar, and a martini glass with fresh mussels soaked in a light vinegarette containing, cloves, star-anise, and cinamon infused in a smoke bubble with essential citrus oils from lemon and lime at your table.*For non-fish lovers we have an alternative of a deluxe cheeseboard with homemade biscuits and dips (please let us know at the time of booking if you want this substitution).

Course 2 - From the East: Asparagus and coconut soup served hot, topped with an almond crown. Served with a home-made herbacious roll and butter.

Course 3 - From the Lake in the Forrest: Duck liver pate dipped in gold and served on a crispbread with redcurrant foam.

Course 4 - From the deep sea: Atlantic cod served with an avocado relish and crispy chorizo. This is accompanied with a fabulous German Reisling by ClausnJacob

Course 5 - Chefs cocktail: Lemoncello and mint frothy sorbet

Course 6 - From the farm: Crispy belly pork served with caramelised onion on parsnip puree. This is served with a high quality Verdejo from Rueda.

Course 7 - From the field: Deconstructed beef wellington. The finest part of 21 day matured fillet steak served medium rare over a light pastry casing containing fois gras, truffle pate, Spanish cured ham, topped with a red win jus. Served with a glass of Juan Gil 2021 reserva red wine.

Dessert teaser: Caramel and sea-salt, miso ice cream served on a tuille pastry

The Universe: Our spectacular theatrical dessert will leave you astounded. Caramel cheesecake, served with revolving alcoholic truffles presented in a unique way you won't find anywhere else on Earth.

To finish: A freshly brewed Espresso Martini, chilled to the perfect temperature. The perfect ending to the perfect meal.
