Amuse bouche to start - Cava also for wine pairing selection

Under the sea: Seafood Extravaganza: a tray of freshly prepared seafood, including pan fried tiger prawns, Scottish oatcakes with Scottish smoked mackerel, mini shells withsmoked salmon and caviar, fresh mussels soaked in a light vinegarette infused in a smoke bubble with essential citrus oils from lemon and lime.*For non-fish lovers we have an alternative of feta cheese parcel with organic honey dips (please let us know at the time of booking if you want this substitution). Served with a crisp and tarty sauvignon blanc from New Zealand

From South America: Lime and coconut soup served hot with a homemade herbacious roll and butter

From the forest of Capodimonte: Butternut squash ravioli with a goronzola cream sauce, foam of disaronno, with chopped almonds. This is served with a chilled glass of Pleno Rose wine from Navara in Spain

Chefs cocktail: Sorbet de passionfruit, to soothe the pallet and aid digestion

From the deep sea: Atlantic Monkfish wrapped in parma ham, steamed to perfection served with a white wine and whole grain mustard sauce This is accompanied with a fabulous German Reisling by Claus Jacob

From the Savannahs of Africa: Potje, a warmly spiced South African take on a classic dish, made with finest fillet steak and servied with rice, blue potatoes and shallots. Served with a glass of full bodied Valipolicelli.

Dessert teaser: Sweetcorn and bacon ice cream served on a French tuille

The Universe: Our spectacular theatrical dessert will leave you astounded. Caramel cheesecake, served with revolving alcoholic truffles presented in a unique way you won't find anywhere else on Earth. served with a rich ruby Port from Portugal
